Return Policy
We have a 100% product return guarantee. Any product purchased on our Glamour Citrus Website that makes you less than happy, we will gladly replace the product or refund your purchase price provided you contact us within TWO weeks from the date of purchase and at least 95% of the product is unused.
Returns and refunds require prior approval from Glamour Citrus and we reserve the right to have the product returned to our location and will provide a return label that you can print and attach to the parcel.

Shipping Policy
Orders received by noon on weekdays are usually shipped within 2 days via Canada Post. Please allow from 3 to 5 days for orders shipped within Canada and 8 to 10 days for orders shipped to the Continental United States and 14 – 16 days internationally. During the Holiday period throughout December delivery times may be extended by 3 – 7 days.
We have FREE Shipping in Canada and Continental USA for orders over $100.00. Orders below $100.00 incur a cost of $9.75. For ALL orders your entire order must be shipped to one address only. USA customers will be charged $14.50 per order and we only ship by TRACKABLE by Canada Post for less than 2 kilos. Over 2 kilos is NOT trackable to USA.
